FAQ

Do 4-inch pot lights give enough light for a room? For general illumination of a large room, 6-inch lights are more efficient. But 4-inch lights are perfectly adequate for hallways, bathrooms, and small rooms under 100 square feet.

Are 4-inch and 6-inch pot lights the same depth? Modern slim LED pot lights are virtually identical in depth — about 0.5 inches for both sizes. The difference is only in the diameter of the fixture and ceiling cutout.
