Climb automatically: cross a level's 12-month threshold and your new, lower pricing turns on across the whole catalog and at checkout — no codes, no waiting.

Fall back gently: if your trailing-12-month total dips below your tier's threshold, your account eases down to the level you still qualify for. Your current tier and your progress to the next one are always visible in your account, so there are never any surprises.

Big orders save even more: quantity breaks stack on top of your tier — an extra 2% at 10+, 4% at 25+, and 6% at 50+ units of an item, applied automatically at checkout.

How do I join the program?
Open a free Safer account — that's it. Pricing is for members, so you'll need an account to see it. Every account starts at Bronze the moment you sign up, then climbs to Silver, Gold and Diamond on its own as your trailing-12-month spend grows. No codes or applications for contractor tiers.
How is my tier calculated?
Bronze is included free with any account. The higher tiers are earned by your paid spend over the trailing 12 months: reach $10,000 for Silver, $25,000 for Gold, or $60,000 for Diamond. You always hold the highest level you qualify for.
Can I drop a tier?
Yes — tiers stay current. If your trailing-12-month spend falls below your level's threshold, your account eases down to the tier you still qualify for. Your account page always shows your current tier and the spend needed to hold or climb, so nothing changes by surprise.
What's the difference between contractor tiers and wholesale?
Contractor tiers (Bronze → Diamond) are earned automatically by spend. Wholesale / distributor pricing is our lowest rate and is application-only — for resellers and distributors, granted by team approval. It can't be reached by spending.
Does my tier price apply at checkout?
Always. Once you're logged in, your tier price shows on every product page and is applied automatically in your cart and at checkout — including stacked quantity breaks on volume orders.
Can I access a lower price than what's listed?
The price shown on your account reflects your current tier. The only way to access a lower price is to move up a tier — either by accumulating spend over a rolling 12 months, or by qualifying for a tier jump if your first order is large enough. If you believe your volume supports a higher tier, reach out to our team to discuss skipping the line. We are happy to review your situation and upgrade your account if it makes sense for both sides.

Approval is at our discretion. The wholesaler tier isn't spend-earned — it's a partnership. We look at the whole picture: what you move, how you operate, and whether we're a good fit to grow together. At the end of the day, the question is simple — are we worth it to each other? If that's a yes, you'll get our deepest pricing.
