The "Light Switch Problem"
This is the single biggest issue with smart bulbs. When someone — a guest, a child, or even you out of habit — flips the wall switch to OFF, the smart bulb loses power. It goes offline, can't respond to voice commands, and disappears from your app.
Smart switches don't have this problem because the switch itself is the smart device. It's always powered and always connected.
