The commission ladder

Five levels. Every partner starts at Spark and earns their way up. Your rate is set by your lifetime referred sales — and it only ever goes up.

Thresholds are based on cumulative referred sales (order subtotals). New orders always earn your current tier’s rate; reaching a higher tier lifts the rate on everything you refer from that point on.

Questions

How do I move up a tier?

Your tier is based on your total lifetime referred sales. Cross a threshold — $2,500, $10,000, $35,000, $100,000 — and you permanently unlock the next rate. You never get bumped back down.

Does reaching a new tier boost my old commissions?

No — and that’s by design, so the program stays sustainable for everyone. Past orders keep the rate they earned at the time. Your new, higher rate applies to every order you refer from that point forward.

How are sales attributed to me?

Share your link (https://saferlighting.ca?ref=YOURCODE) or have customers enter your code. We drop a first-party cookie for 90 days — last touch within that window wins. No third-party trackers.

When and how do I get paid?

Commission accrues on every qualifying referred order and is paid out on a regular schedule. You’ll see earned and pending amounts on your dashboard.
