Installer FAQ

Do your LED pot lights need a junction box?

Canless slim panel downlights mount with their own junction box and need no pot-light housing. Other downlight styles may require a housing or box depending on the model — the spec sheet on each product page lists the mounting requirement.

Are your fixtures compatible with standard dimmers?

Dimming type (TRIAC/ELV phase dimming or 0-10V) is listed in the spec table on each product page. Check the dimming spec on the product page, or call the counter at 905-451-LEDS (5337) and we will confirm compatibility with the dimmer you are using.

Do you stock 347V fixtures for commercial jobs?

Yes. Our commercial LED flat panels are available in 120-347V configurations for Canadian commercial and industrial buildings. Look for 347V in the product title or spec table.

Will these products pass ESA inspection?

Every fixture we stock carries a recognised North American safety certification (cULus, CSA or ETL), which is what inspectors look for. Installation must still follow the Ontario Electrical Safety Code and the manufacturer's instructions.

Can you deliver straight to my jobsite?
