LED products carry a 5-year warranty on the product against defects in materials and workmanship — pot lights, panels, high bays, wall packs, floods, strips, vanity fixtures, integrated flush mounts — all covered from the date of original purchase.
1 year of replacement labour included in the GTA. In the first year, our sister company Safer Electric Inc. (ESA Licence #7008996) sends a licensed electrician to remove, replace, and re-commission the failed unit at no charge — anywhere Safer Electric travels for service across the GTA, regardless of who performed the original installation. In years 2 through 5, the product is still covered and we ship a free replacement.
Outside our service area during year one? We ship the replacement free and you arrange installation. Either way, you do not pay for the defective product.
Non-LED electrical supplies (wire, breakers, devices, conduit, fittings, tools) carry the manufacturer's standard warranty; the 5-year product warranty with 1-year labour applies to LED lighting only.
